Fish and Chips at the Seaside
The sun shined when we arrived at Pahia so we got fish and chips and ate them on the ferry. The ferry crosses the bay to the tiny town of Russell which is very historic in New Zealand terms, one of the buildings was built as long ago as 1889! (irony intended). The fish and chip shop was amazing, not like UK ones, no cod or haddock, but plenty of other white fish that I have never heard of. And they sell latte and espresso! You would not get that in Harry Ramsdens.
