When we ripped up the carpet we found a patch of concrete against the wall where a fireplace once stood. This has to be removed and replaced by floorboards. We used a sledgehammer and a cold chisel to break the concrete up. Luckily, Tracy's dad is a hard worker, he tore through the job.

And I remember when you couldn't change a light bulb! Dad would be proud of you. You should look at adding any extra electrics you might need whilst you've got it all stripped back!HE'll need somewhere to plug in the PS3. Also if he has a sister, is she going to get the crappy small room? Know how THAT feels!

Don't mention a sister/brother around Tracy. You might just get a smack. I am putting in 3 more power points this weekend, plus insulation so little jimmy should be nice and snug.
And he is not having a PS3. My son is not going to waste his days on computer games like his dad did. If he wants to shoot something he can go and catch a pig with his uncle Dougal.
